Soup Kitchen

In the village we did some volunteering with there is a small soup kitchen. I t was started by one of the locals and she does so much for the community. We were lucky enough to help her and refresh the inside of the kitchen. By rolling out a new floor, wiping down the walls, a little bit of paint to add some color, and cleaning up and organizing. It is only a small shipping container that it takes place in. ( a little note: after our garbage cleanup with the village children who needed food came to the soup kitchen, they usually feed between 60-100 children but that night they were able to feed 160+ people in the village.)
